This Privacy Policy describes how Rogue Blades collects and uses the personal information you provide on the websites of Rogue Blades Entertainment and Rogue Blades Foundation. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. Your privacy is critically important to us. We also don’t care how old you are, as everything on our web pages is for all ages. However, if we discover you are under the legal age to be sharing personal data or making online purchases, or if you advise us that someone has unlawfully provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

These cookies allow their websites to recognize your computer and your preferences each time you access them. Each of these provider’s also have their own privacy policies, such as JetPack, which supplies its privacy policy here: https://jetpack.com/support/privacy/.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Our Web Pages may also contain electronic images known as “web beacons” (sometimes called “singlepixel gifs”). Web beacons together with cookies compile aggregated statistics to analyze how Web Pages are used. We may also use web beacons in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns. We use a third party to gather information about how you and others use our Web Pages. For example, we will know how many users access a specific page and which links they clicked on. We use this information in the aggregate only to understand and optimize how our site is used.

Embedded content from other websites

Our Web Pages include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit your personal information to any of those websites, such information is governed by their privacy statements.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you may at any time, and for any reason, request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. We will provide such access within a reasonable time using methods we choose to ensure your access does not compromise others’ data or our ability to conduct business efficiently.

We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
